Our refund policy is pretty simple: As soon as you cancel your plan, you will be refunded for any unused days. If you try out our service, and find you don't like it or it doesn't do
what you want it to, you will only end up paying for the days that your plan has been active. In fact,you can cancel within the first day and receive your money back.
Refunds for previous periods are not available. You are responsible for cancelling and managing your account.
Terms of Usage Agreement

- You agree to receive messages from LMSC regarding the agreed to 'Services Covered', which may include:

- You or your clients will not hold LMSC liable for spam related to transmission of data from forms set up to work the SuperSubmit.co system.
Restrictions of Use
We will not provide services to those that are using our services for:
- Hosting of files (via upload) or other data that infringes on another's copyright or other intellectual property rights.
- Spamming, or sending of bulk unsolicited email. We maintain a strict policy on spamming, which includes the sending of unauthorized commercial messages by use of our services. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service based on reasonable indications that you are engaged in spamming of any sort.
Acceptable Use
All services provided by LMSC may only be used for lawful purposes.
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LMSC from any claims resulting from the use of our services.
Use of our services to infringe upon any copyright or trademark is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized copying of music, books, photographs, or any other copyrighted work. The offer of sale of any counterfeit merchandise of a trademark holder will result in the immediate termination of your account. If you believe that your copyright or trademark is being infringed upon, please contact us with the information required.
Examples of unacceptable material
This includes, but is not limited to:
- IRC Bots
- Proxy Scripts
- Pirated Software
- Banner-ad services (similar to rapidshare, photobucket, or commercial banner ad rotation)
- Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s)
- Lottery sites
- Hate sites
- Hacker focused sites/archives/programs
- Sites promoting illegal activities
- IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts
Server Resources
Any website that uses a high amount of server resources (such as, but not limited to, CPU time, memory usage, and network resources) will be given the option to either pay additional fees (which will depend on the resources required), reduce the resources used to an acceptable level, or to seek other arrangements. Lucky Marble Solutions Corp will be the sole arbiter of what is considered to be a high server usage level.
Governing Law
- This agreement shall be governed by International Copyright Laws, International Treaty Provisions and the laws of Canada
- By using any service LMSC, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this license. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. You can cancel any subscription at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranty
- All services, in part or in whole, are sold, or in some cases given away, "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
- The user must assume the entire risk of using the service.
- The liability of LMSC is limited to one (1) monthly subscription cost only.
- LMSC is not responsible for the user's level of ability to use the software required to modify or use services sold by LMSC.
- Notice of one week prior to the subscription billing date must be given in order to cancel a subscription.

Identifying Information. In general, you can visit the
site without telling us who you are or providing any information
about yourself. In some areas of the site, we ask you to provide
information that will enable us to process an order, offer
services that require registration, assist you with technical
support issues or to follow up with you. Generally, SuperSubmit requests
identifying information when you:
- Register at our website.
- Place an order.
- Provide feedback to an online survey or tell us about an
idea or suggestion.
- Participate in a rebate program, contest, or other
promotional offer.
- Request a custom design (logo, banner, intro page, or
graphics)
- Request information or files from technical support or
customer service.
In these instances, SuperSubmit will ask for your name, address, e-mail
address, phone number and other appropriate information needed to
provide you with these services. In all instances, if you receive
a newsletter or other mailing from us, you will always be able to
"unsubscribe" to these mailings at any time.
What SuperSubmit Will Do With Your Information. If you choose to
give us personal information for any of the purposes above, this
information is retained by SuperSubmit and will only be used by SuperSubmit to
support your customer relationship with us. We will not add you to
a mailing list, or newsletter without your registration from this
service. We will only contact you if further information is
required from you to complete a service.
What Others May Do With Your Information. SuperSubmit does not
share, rent, or sell any personally identifying information
provided through our site to
any outside organization for use in its marketing or
solicitations. We may also share
aggregate information about its customers and its web site
visitors to advertisers, business partners, and other third
parties. For example, we might share that our users are x percent
PCs users and y percent Macintosh users. None of this information,
however, will contain personal, identifying information about our
users.
SuperSubmit Subscription Page. The SuperSubmit Subscription Page is designed to
give you options concerning the privacy of your identifying
information. If you choose, you can set up an account. This will
allow you to have a customized order page for express ordering and
to view your purchasing history. To protect your privacy, we have
designed the sites to include certain steps to verify your
identity before granting you access or enabling you to make
corrections in an account. You will always have access to this
account information and can view it, update it or correct it at
any time. To access your information, you will need to use a
password.
When purchasing products through the our web site, the order
form will also ask you to provide a daytime telephone number.
However, the telephone number is only used to quickly resolve
questions relative to an order, such as to clarify customer email
addresses that are inactive, or entered incorrectly.
Credit card information stored within our system is encrypted. Should any information need to be displayed, the account number is masked and will only show the last four numbers.
Third Party Links. supersubmit.co does provide links to
other sites. Other Internet sites and services have separate
privacy and data collection practices. Once you leave
supersubmit.co, SuperSubmit cannot control, and has no responsibility for,
the privacy policies or data collection activities at another
site.
Cookies. At times, we will use a feature on your web
browser to send your computer a "cookie". We do not use cookies to
retrieve any personal information from your computer. We only use
cookies to learn ways to enhance our Sites, and to give you
better, more personalized service while in our web site. You can
reset your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie
is sent. However, some functions of the Sites will not function if
you refuse cookies. These area's of our web site will have
information posted about cookies, and when a cookie will be
uploaded to your computer.
Children's Privacy Protection. 'SuperSubmit' is sensitive to the
heightened need to protect the privacy of children under the age
of 13. The vast majority of the material on our web site is not
intended for children and is not targeted to children under the
age of 13. SuperSubmit does not knowingly collect data from children and,
if we learn that we have received personal data from a child, we
will remove this information from our database.
Changes to this Policy. SuperSubmit may from time to time revise
its privacy policy. You should therefore periodically visit this
page, so you are aware of any such revisions. We will not,
however, use your existing information in a manner not previously
disclosed. You will be advised and have the opportunity to opt out
of any new use of your information.

Credit Card Security.
We know customers are concerned about credit card security. You
have three choices when purchasing from us. You may either:
- via 2Checkout.com, subscribe with your PayPal account (or sign up today!), in which case your personal credit card information is not given to SuperSubmit.
- via 2Checkout, subscribe with your personal credit card information is used, and is retained by 2checkout.com, in which case your personal credit card information is not given to SuperSubmit.

Personal Information Protection Policy
At Lucky Marble Solutions Corp (SuperSubmit), we are committed to providing our clients, customers, members with exceptional service. As providing this service involves the collection, use and disclosure of some personal information about our clients, customers, members, protecting their personal information is one of our highest priorities.
While we have always respected our clients, customers, members privacy and safeguarded their personal information, we have strengthened our commitment to protecting personal information as a result of British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). PIPA, which came into effect on January 1, 2004, sets out the ground rules for how B.C. businesses and not-for-profit organizations may collect, use and disclose personal information.
We will inform our clients, customers, members of why and how we collect, use and disclose their personal information, obtain their consent where required, and only handle their personal information in a manner that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances.
This Personal Information Protection Policy, in compliance with PIPA, outlines the principles and practices we will follow in protecting clients’, customers’, members’ personal information. Our privacy commitment includes ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and security of our clients’, customers’, members’ personal information and allowing our clients, customers, members to request access to, and correction of, their personal information.
Scope of this Policy:
This Personal Information Protection Policy applies to Lucky Marble Solutions Corp (SuperSubmit).
This policy also applies to any service providers collecting, using or disclosing personal information on behalf of Lucky Marble Solutions Corp (SuperSubmit)
Definitions
- Personal Information: means information about an identifiable individual. Personal information does not include contact information (described below).
- Contact information: means information that would enable an individual to be contacted at a place of business and includes name, position name or title, business telephone number, business address, business email or business fax number. Contact information is not covered by this policy or PIPA.
- Privacy Officer: means the individual designated responsibility for ensuring that SuperSubmit complies with this policy and PIPA.
Policy 1 – Collecting Personal Information
- Unless the purposes for collecting personal information are obvious and the client, customer, member voluntarily provides his or her personal information for those purposes, we will communicate the purposes for which personal information is being collected, either orally or in writing, before or at the time of collection.
- We will only collect client, customer, member information that is necessary to fulfill the following purposes:
- To verify identity (when requesting login information to access files we may collect phone number or city, state location)
- To verify creditworthiness (if an order that is placed is deemed suspicious, we may try to contact a home phone number if provided)
- To open and manage an account
- To deliver requested products and services (communication with the user is required to send/receive products/services)
- To send out association membership information
- To ensure a high standard of service to our clients
Policy 2 – Consent
- We will obtain client, customer, member consent to collect, use or disclose personal information (except where, as noted below, we are authorized to do so without consent).
- Consent can be provided orally, in writing, or electronically or it can be implied where the purpose for collecting using or disclosing the personal information would be considered obvious and the client, customer, member voluntarily provides personal information for that purpose.
- Consent may also be implied where a client, customer, member is given notice and a reasonable opportunity to opt-out of his or her personal information being used for mail-outs, the marketing of new services or products, fundraising and the client, customer, member does not opt-out.
- Subject to certain exceptions (e.g., the personal information is necessary to provide the service or product, or the withdrawal of consent would frustrate the performance of a legal obligation), clients, customers, members can withhold or withdraw their consent for SuperSubmit to use their personal information in certain ways. A client’s, customer’s, member’s decision to withhold or withdraw their consent to certain uses of personal information may restrict our ability to provide a particular service or product. If so, we will explain the situation to assist the client, customer, member in making the decision.
- We may collect, use or disclose personal information without the client’s, customer’s, member’s knowledge or consent in the following limited circumstances:
- When the personal information is available from a public source (e.g., a telephone directory)
- For the purposes of collecting a debt
- To protect ourselves from fraud
- To investigate an anticipated breach of an agreement or a contravention of law
Policy 3 – Using and Disclosing Personal Information
- We will only use or disclose client, customer, member personal information where necessary to fulfill the purposes identified at the time of collection [or for a purpose reasonably related to those purposes such as:
- To conduct client, customer, member surveys in order to enhance the provision of our services
- To contact our clients directly about products and services that may be of interest
- We will not use or disclose client, customer, member personal information for any additional purpose unless we obtain consent to do so.
- We will not sell client, customer, member lists or personal information to other parties.
Policy 4 – Retaining Personal Information
- If we use client, customer, member personal information to make a decision that directly affects the client, customer, member, we will retain that personal information for at least one year so that the client, customer, member has a reasonable opportunity to request access to it.
- Subject to policy 4.1, we will retain client, customer, member personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the identified purposes or a legal or business purpose.
Policy 5 – Ensuring Accuracy of Personal Information
- We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that client, customer, member personal information is accurate and complete where it may be used to make a decision about the client, customer, member or disclosed to another organization.
- Clients, Customers, Members may request correction to their personal information in order to ensure its accuracy and completeness. A request to correct personal information must be made in writing and provide sufficient detail to identify the personal information and the correction being sought.
- If the personal information is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete, we will correct the information as required and send the corrected information to any organization to which we disclosed the personal information in the previous year. If the correction is not made, we will note the clients’, customers’, members’ correction request in the file.
Policy 6 – Securing Personal Information
- We are committed to ensuring the security of client, customer, member personal information in order to protect it from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal or similar risks.
- The following security measures will be followed to ensure that client, customer, member personal information is appropriately protected:
- The use of user IDs, passwords, encryption, firewalls
- Restricting employee access to personal information as appropriate (i.e., only those that need to know will have access; contractually requiring any service providers to provide comparable security measures.
- We will use appropriate security measures when destroying client’s, customer’s, member’s personal information such as deleting electronically stored information.
- We will continually review and update our security policies and controls as technology changes to ensure ongoing personal information security.
Policy 7 – Providing Clients, Customers, Members Access to Personal Information
- Clients, Customers, Members have a right to access their personal information, subject to limited exceptions.
- A request to access personal information must be made in writing and provide sufficient detail to identify the personal information being sought.
- Upon request, we will also tell clients, customers, members how we use their personal information and to whom it has been disclosed if applicable.
- We will make the requested information available within 30 business days, or provide written notice of an extension where additional time is required to fulfill the request.
- A minimal fee may be charged for providing access to personal information. Where a fee may apply, we will inform the client, customer, member of the cost and request further direction from the client, customer, member on whether or not we should proceed with the request.
- If a request is refused in full or in part, we will notify the client, customer, member in writing, providing the reasons for refusal and the recourse available to the client, customer, member.
Policy 8 – Questions and Complaints: The Role of the Privacy Officer or designated individual
- The Privacy Officer or designated individual is responsible for ensuring SuperSubmit compliance with this policy and the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Clients, Customers, Members should direct any complaints, concerns or questions regarding SuperSubmit’s compliance in writing to the Privacy Officer. If the Privacy Officer is unable to resolve the concern, the client, customer, member may also write to the Information and Privacy Commissioner of British Columbia.

Outgoing Emails from SuperSubmit
When purchasing from us, you will receive the following emails:
- A "Welcome" email containing your username and password, when you create an account to proceed through checkout (Permitted in Section 6.6d-i)
- A "Welcome" email containing your purchase information, login information, and where you can find help and support for your purchase (Permitted in Section 6.6f)
- A "Receipt" containing what you purchased, and the amount of the purchase (Permitted in Section 6.6b)
In the event that you contact us through our ticket center for sales or support, you will receive the following:
- A "Welcome" email containing your username and password, when you create an account to initiate a ticket for the first time (Permitted in Section 6.6d-i)
- A receipt of your message (Permitted in Section 6.6di)
- A notification of a message from us (Permitted in Section 6.6di)
Should you sign up for a subscribed service, and your card could not be billed on the renewal date, you will receive:
- A "notification" of the failed transaction (Permitted in Section 6.6di)
Opt In Notifications Offers
You have the option to sign up (OPT IN) for optional offers.
You can sign up for these from your account home page.
Should you wish to unsubscribe from the list, there are the following methods to do so:
- Click on the "unsubscribe link" within the newsletter that you received, or
- Log in to you account at supersubmit.com and enter your email address into the "subscribe box" and click the submit button. This will give you an opportunity to
remove yourself from any or all of our subscription lists, or
- Call us at 1-866-943-5733 or +1-250-744-4357 and request that you are removed from the list, or
- Open up a support ticket and submit your request for removal.
If calling or submitting a support ticket, please allow for 3 business day for the removal to take place.
Outbound Spam from SuperSubmit.co
As a telecommunications provider, providing form handling services, we make every attempt to detect and block outgoing spam from our servers.
In the event that outgoing spam is detected or reported, the account in question will be suspended until such time as a judgement can be passed that
the offence was either:
- a deliberate act perpetrated from the account holder, or
- due to a breach in password security either by way of mail account or FTP account
If the offence in question was the result of a deliberate act, the hosting account will be terminated and any requested information regarding the offence will be turned
over to the appropriate authorities.
If the offence in question was due to a breach in password security, the offending account will be reactivated only when all passwords are changed, and a review of proper use of
mail and ftp login details are communicated with the account holder.
Should there be any reprocussions due to the
outbound spam, either (but not limted to) monetary, or legal, it will be the responsibility of the subscribed account to deal to such claims.
Yes, we use cookies! While we love a good cookie with our tea, it is also required in order to operate our account and ecommerce system. In fact, in order to
provide the best possible service to you, we also employ google analyics, which also use cookies.
